Find your perfect vibe

the chic and elevated spot

Lush, modern and so chic – Veranda is the perfect spot for a weekend brunch with friends or a significant other. Located in the ModernHaus Soho, Veranda is open for brunch on Sundays from 11am – 3pm. Their greenhouse-like dining room is a beauty to the eyes. The glass walls allow you to look out into SoHo and it definitely doesn’t disappoint. Neither does the excellent modern American cuisine from acclaimed chef George Mendes. Start off your meal with one of Veranda’s amazing cocktails. We love the Watermelon Frosé and Charred Shishito Margarita (reposado tequila, muddled charred shishito peppers, lime, wasabi syrup & togarashi salt). Their food menu has something for everyone with a range of vegetarian, vegan, and gluten-free options. Our favorite dishes include the classic Pastry Basket, their  Spring Market Flatbread, the Avocado and Egg Toast, and  the Veranda Cheeseburger

the classic get together spot (w great aesthetic)

The Terrace at The Times Square EDITION is an American all-day eatery that resembles a gorgeous, tropical oasis. This spot has excellent views of Midtown but what really draws us to The Terrace is the vibe and food.  The Terrace has you covered with their breakfast, brunch and lunch menus (they do serve din as well btw). With the dining room at the terrace covered in lush greenery, you are sure to enjoy the ambience with your meal. We love their whole menu – we recommend their omelettes (esp the lobster soft scramble because come onn). They also have excellent veggie options and a breakfast mezze section with delicious dips such as hummus and charred eggplant and salads. Finally, in addition to coffee, The Terrace also has great breakfast cocktails and cold pressed juices. The Terrace is a great spot for a family get together or just to see friends.

With the sun shining through, you will have the perfect lighting to take Instagram-worthy pictures of their gorgeous cocktails or of yourself in the middle of the iconic New York skyline This rooftop is the perfect excuse for some day drinking and brunching with friends.

Their drinks menu is so perfect, you will want to try everything on it! They have a great bottomless brunch option ($40 for 90 minutes) which applies to all their brunch cocktails. They also have options such as cucumber champagne mojito and frozé in their specialty drinks menu where are the perfect refreshment for hot summer days, and let’s not forget its imPECKable presentation! We also love the rose gold pancakes and croissant egg sandwich from their food menu as well.

the quaint and low key spot

JoJo is a gorgeous French restaurant in an elegant duplex townhouse in the Upper East Side. This quaint spot is the culinary master, Jean Georges’ first restaurant (known for abcV and The Fulton). They serve brunch and dinner made from seasonal, organic, and local ingredients, which makes an excellent farm-to-table menu. We love their frittata and buttermilk pancakes for brunch but they also have options such as roasted lobster and a cheeseburger on the menu.

Their cocktail options are amazing  – we love the raspberry lychee bellini and strawberry lavender fizz. We love to finish our meal at JoJo with one of their amazing dessert options. Our top pick has to be the rich and heavenly carrot cake, but they also have warm butterscotch pudding and bread pudding. This spot has gorgeous floral accents and we love their chic rustic theme and decor. The ambiance is warm and elevated, making it the perfect spot for low key brunch.
